I am 15, I train a lot for rowing in GB. I am 5’11″ and 57kg which is very light. Now this year we need to get a lot heavier and put on a lot of mass. I eat silly amounts. I never stop eating and i feel sick after every huge meal i eat but that is not enough so my coach suggested to go for supplements. I train for 14 hours a week. It is all safe training for my age as it is done through my school. We only have 1 weights session a week but the rest of the training is very intense fitness and works leg and arm muscles even harder than in the gym. I need some serious weight gaining to take place but this site seems to suggest not to take it and many other sites suggest to steer away from creatine when under 18. Should i take it? i am sensible and won’t go over what you suggest. All weight training i do is supervised and done properly.
I am 32 years old an i have diabetes since i was 18, i take insulin shots before every meal, is serious mass harmful for me? i started to take it two times pr day since a week now, i also started to got the gym for more atheistic shape…i hope someone answer my question since it is very critical for me.. No worries, Just have positive attitude towards
creatine, It is good to use if you excercise else do not take it.
It is source which is already there in the body but as gives you power and make your muscles strong.. so go a head with ittttt.
