Serious Mass Overview

Optimum Nutrition have come up with a brilliant new product to help aid people in their goals of gaining weight and muscle mass. Serious Mass is a way to gain plenty of weight – but muscular weight, not weight in fat.
Every serving of Serious Mass contains 1250 calories of goodness, including 50g of top quality protein, plenty of useful vitamins and minerals, and of course the all important glutamine and creatine to stimulate muscular growth and strength. Not only does it help to enhance your muscular structure and aid you in gaining weight, but it tastes great too.
Serious Mass contains no added sugar, since this is not productive for positive growth. If sugar were to be added to the product, the more likely effect of ingesting it would be that you would simply become fatter. Obviously this is not the desired effect on your body.
To gain weight, you need to eat more calories in a day than your body requires. If this is done properly, the weight will be transformed into muscle mass. The creatine in Serious Mass will encourage this kind of growth. There is a delicate and careful balance of nutrients and vitamins in the product to make sure you get everything you need, in exactly the right amounts.
If added sugar was to be put into Serious Mass, you might experience insulin spikes and large amounts of seratonin in your body. This is counter productive and can make you feel irritable, drowsy, and in extreme cases can even give you headaches. It is safer simply to keep the sugar out, and by doing this, Serious Mass is able to concentrate purely on building up your muscular structure.
If you have allergies to wheat, dairy, egg or soy product, you should not take Serious Mass. If you already have done so, please consult a doctor if you experience negative symptoms.

Hi there.. i bought Serious Mass today..
I am Maltese and I didn’t understand clearly the instructions how many ammount of scoops you have to make to have a good serving each day..
When it tells you to Make 2 full scoops into the mxiture and 24 Oz of water, does this mean for a one serving? or this mixture will be used toward the whole day!!
Therefore taking 1 serving in the morning, the next in the after noon and the last one 30 minutes before bet time?
Or for each serving i have to make another mixture? therefore 6 full scoops in all?
If you reply to my questrion i will be very gratefull!!! Thanks in advance..
grech that means….one scoop of serious mass at one serving that means 30 gms of serious mass at one time…. that is 90 gms per day…..30 gm morning(one scoop) + 30 gms afternoon after midmeal (one scoop) + 30 gms night 20-30 mins before going to bed (one scoop)… i hope u got it….

I am a lady who only wants to gain like around 5 kilos just to maintain my body mass index at a recommended level (FAST becasue it is a job requirement)… not those big bulky muscled bodies and I do not intend this to replace my three full meals and snacks… so can I just cut out my intake into 1 serving per day instead of the recommended three per day? I hope to have a reply here… am i right in thinking that I should take this before I sleep since I usually exercise at night so exercise+this+sleep
last, should I be needing multivitamins aside from this? i am currently taking centrum
