Serious Mass Usage and Nutrition
Serious Mass is easy to use, and comes with clear and concise instructions. It should be used as a dietary supplement in the following way:
You should add two heaped scoops full of Serious Mass (the scoop is included with the product) to a blender containing 27 fluid ounces of a cold fluid – preferably water or milk. It is important that the fluid is cold, as using a hot fluid could have unexpected and different effects to those you want. Blend the mixture for around a minute until everything is nicely mixed; you do not want any of Serious Mass to settle at the bottom of the container as this will cause wastage. You should have three servings of serious mass every day: one in the morning when you are just waking up, one in the afternoon after you have had your midday meal, and one in the evening, around 20 or 30 minutes before you head off to bed.
Anyone with an egg, wheat, dairy or soy allergy should not use this product, as it is likely to contain all of the previously mentioned things. Diabetics and hypoglycaemic people should also consult their doctors before using Serious Mass as they may experience unwanted side effects.
Serious Mass contains a delicate balance of vitamins and minerals to supplement your diet, along with 50g of protein. There is plenty of calcium and iron included also. You should take it alongside your normal meals, and maintain a steady and proper eating pattern. Creatine and glutamine is packed into Serious Mass to help make sure your muscles become stronger and harder. If you use Serious Mass in conjunction with a thorough and rigorous exercise and workout routine, you should notice a build up of weight and muscles within mere days of begin to use the product.
